1.What's the material used for the items?
For Commercial Grade Inflatable, we use the PLATO 0.55mm PVC and First Class Baffle Inside to ensure the high quality and durability of our products.

2.What's the MOQ for your product?
1 pc is accepted.

3.May I get a sample?
Paid sample tested is accepted.

4.May I have my own logo and design for the inflatables?
Yes, of course. Our experienced designers to offer you customized design. We can print your pictures or logos on the products, please offer the picture in AI or PDF or EPS file.

5.What's the shipping way we can choose?
Shippment can be arranged by express, by sea, or by air. The shipping cost should paid by buyer. 

Air shipping cost is much high but take short time for delivery, normally within 5-7days. 

Sea shipping cost is lower, it's much economical for large inflatable item, but take very long time before receiving the goods, and client need to do the import custom declaration by themselves. Normally sea shipping time is 15-30 days or more, mainly depend on the vessel shipping line's shecdule.

6. How do we repair the Inflatables?
Minor cuts or punctures do not affect the performance when the inflatable during display. They can be easily repaired after the display. For extensive damages, factory repair services are available at very nominal charges.
