About bbq charcoal manufacture oven

 

BBQ charcoal manufacture oven means a carbonization oven which can turn wood wastes, biomass wastes, forest wastes, agrilture wastes, wood briquettes, bamboo, fruit shells, etc. into charcoal state. In old times, people always built carbonization kiln by using refractory bricks and clay. Then put biomass raw material into this carbonization kiln, and after 36-72 hours carbonizing time, we can get charcoal lumps. This natural way can make us get high qulity charcoal lumps, but it produce a lot of smokeat the same time. And such a long carbonizing time really let charcoal making supplier down. So people became to design natural charcoal making oven to instead of carbonization kiln., the airflow type carbonization furnace, and rotary type continuous type carbonization furnace, etc. to instead of carbonization kiln. From natural type bbq charcoal carbonization oven to continuous type bbq charcoal carbonization oven, the carbonizing time becomes less and less. For natural type, we need 24-36 hours; but for airflow type, we only need 8-10 hours; and for continuous type, we only need 40-45 minutes. For this artical, I want to explain three main kinds bbq charcoal manufacture oven.

 

Type-1: ROTARY CONTINUOUS BBQ CHARCOAL POWDER MANUFACTURE OVEN

 

Rotary continuous BBQ charcoal manufacture oven is the newest type charcoal manufacture oven in China. And it is specially designed for fine biomass powder, such as wood sawdust powder, fruit shell powder, rice husk, shgarcan bagasse powder, etc. It is used to carbonize fine biomass powder into charcoal powder in a short time for only 35-45 minutes. Its fuel can be Gas, Coal, etc. And its smoke can be recycled. Rotary continuous charcoal powder mannufacture oven consists of six main parts:

 

1> Inputting conveyor. This conveyor is screw conveyor, it is used to convey fine biomass powder into rotary drum.

2> Rotary drum. This is the main part of rotary bbq charcoal powder manufacture oven. Fine biomass powder will be carbonized in this drum.

3> Ignation cable switch and pipes. They are used to convey burning energy for rotary drum and then provide high temperature for bbq charcoal powder manufacture oven.

4> PLC. it is used to operate the whole bbq charcoal manufacture oven automatically.

5> Motors.

6> Outputting conveyor.

Characteristics of rotary continuous bbq charcoal powder manufacture oven

 

1> Rotary continuous type bbq charcoal powder manufacture oven's raw material must be fine biomass powder. Can not be big size biomass wastes. Its raw material can be rice husk, straw powder, fruite shell powder, fine wood sawdust, etc. The raw material's dimension should must less than 4mm.

2> This type bbq charcoal powder mannufacture oven's carbonizing time is less than 45 minutes.

3> High efficiency, high production capacity. We can get 500-1200kg charcoal powder per hour.

4> Low comsumption, we can recycle to use the heat and smoke which is made during the carbonizing process.

 

 

The working process from biomass wastes to charcoal powder or even charcoal briquettes are as follows:

 

Step 1: Crusher ------ Grind biomass wastes into fine powder, which is around 1-2mm.

Step 2: Rotary bbq charcoal manufacture oven------ Turn fine biomass powder into charcoal powder.

Stpe 3: Mixer ------ Mix liquid binder with charcoal powder evenly.

Step 4: Briquette machine ------ Punch or squeeze fine mixed charcoal powder into briquettes.

From charcoal powder to various kinds charcoal briquettes.

 

1> We can get bbq charcoal sticks.

2> Small ball shape, oval shape, etc. bba briquettes.

3> Shisha/hookah briquettes.

 

 

Type-2: AIRFLOW TYPE BBQ CHARCOAL MANUFACTURE OVEN 

 

Airflow type bbq charcoal manufacture oven is cylinder shape stove. Different from rotary type bbq charcoal powder manufacture oven, it is applied for big size biomass wastes or wood briquettes, etc. instead of fine biomass powder. So if your raw material is fine biomass powder, but you also want to use this machine, you need to mke biomass powder to wood briquettes, then use airflow type bbq charcoal manufacture oven. Airflow type bbq charcoal manufacture oven contains a innner furnace inside, the inner furnace can be pulled out. So we can enlarge its production capacity by adding one extra inner furnace. Its working processes are as follows.

 

Steo 1: We put bigger size biomass wastes (such as wood briquettes, tree branches whose diameter is more than 5cm) into the inner furnace.Abd put the inner furnace into airflow type bbq charcoal manufacture oven by using crane. Then seal the inner furnace.

Step 2: We need to improve the inner furnace's inner temperature by heating the inner furnace at the bottom of the airflow bbq charcoal manufacture oven. Normally, we use gas, wood, charcoal, or coal as fuel, after the thermometer's ( which hunged on the bbq charcoal manufacture oven's surface) shows the temperature has reached at around 430 degree. Then we stop to heat the inner furnace.The whole heating process will last around 3-4 hours.

Step 3: During the heating process, we need to close all pipes between each bbq charcoal manufacture ovens. Then the first inner furnace will creat huge of heating smoke, in order to recycle these heat, we can open the switch between bbq charcoal manufacture ovens, then heating smoke will be conveyed to the second bbq charcoal manufacture oven by pipes, and do the carbonizing process. In this way, we do not need to use any kinds of heating fuel. And so on the third one, the fourth one, .......

Step 4: After 6-8 hours carbonizing time, we can check the Flame Tunnel Equipment, if no smoke creat, it means carbonizing process has finished. Then we can use crane to pull the inner furnace out to the ground. Meanwhile, we can put another inner furnace into the bbq charcoal manufacture oven.

Step 5: After around another 6-8 hours cooling time on the ground, we can pull the final charcoal out.

Type -3: NATURAL TYPE BBQ CHARCOAL MANUFACTURE OVEN

 

Natural type bbq charcoal manufacture oven's working process is the same as natural carbonizaion kiln. Its working process is incomplete combustion. So its carbonizing time is long and its carbonizing time is around 36-72 hours. And its raw material is the same as airflow type bbq charcoal manufacture oven. Natural type bbq charcoal manufacture oven is made by refractory bricks and does not contain inner furnace.
