Usage:

 

*  The filter Rubber raw material enters the rolling mill to filter away impurities such as scrap iron, stones, etc.to ensure the safety of the roller of the rolling mill.

 

*  In the process of rolling,the threshing of  the screw rod promotes the uniform plasticization of the rubber.

Rubber strainer machine mainly consists of the extruding part for materials feeding, reducer, motor and it’s control system. It is is mainly applied for cleaning out the impurities from rubber mixture or reclaimed rubber. Below is the main product parameters:

 

 

•  Strainer tube and screw: The material of the screw is made by 38 CrMoAIA nitrogen steel with high quality and the surface is nitrogen and its nature is adjusted .The hardness of the surface is HRC60-65 and the depth is 0.5-0.7 mm
