Packing process :inner tea bag packing machine use ultrasonic to get triangle tea bag or three side sealing tea bag with thread tag .then the finished inner tea bag delivered to outer tea bag packing machine by conveying device .Outer tea bag has two seal types: Pillow sealing or three side sealing .

Inner tea bag’s dosing way :volumetric cup ,linear scale and multi-heads weighter .

Using PLC controller and touch screen operation ,driving system simple and reliable .
