 HM-A300 cable fault locator is the advance system for testing and fault locating on low and medium voltage cables. it can test cable fault at different voltage levels below 35KV. Can test cable fault of different cable sections, different dielectric and different cable materials. Can test open-circuit cable fault, short-circuit cable fault, low-resistance cable fault, high-resistance leakage cable fault and high-resistance flash-over cable fault. Also can test buried route and depth of power cable.

The cable fault location can also be used for accurate testing of railway and airport signal control cable fault and streetlight cable fault.

The cable fault locator offers convenient operator support with remote on-site test help. It automatically shows the far end of cable and fault distance. Even inexperienced users can easily locate faults with the “Step-by-Step Easy Mode.The operator is guided through the fault locating process. On the other hand, the “Expert-Mode” provides free access to all parameters for comprehensive fault locating even under difficult conditions.
