HC specializes in producing custom polyurethane parts quickly and affordable. HC custom parts are made from high quality polyurethanes and are precisely molded to your exact specifications. Our heavy duty lathes and vertical machining centers allow for the milling, molding and boring of odd shaped and technically challenging parts with ease!
To make sure the PU and wheel hub adhesion is strong, firstly we do sand blasting treatment or other proper treatment on the surface of wheel hub tread. Then we do glue treatment 2 times using excellent quality glue. Third, we use high quality Polyurethane material to do the coating. Our wheels or rollers will never have the problem of wheel hub-PU separation problem.

Shipping Ways :
1. We have solid inland freight transportation which provide fast and secure delivery services to the main airport and sea port in China on time.
2.For regular mass production, SEA Freight (FOB/ CIF) services are available to meet your desired deadline and budget.
3. For small quantity and urgent orders, UPS/ FEDEX/ DHL/ TNT/ EMS/ SF EXPRESS Air shipment can be arranged to meet your requirement. (Normally we adopt TNT because of lower cost by contract)
4. For large quantity and urgent orders, Air Freight services (To Airport or Door to Door) are also available.
