Product Description

1. The LTA-5070 roll to roll screen printing machine is a fully automatic roll to roll screen printing line.
Maximum printing web width 520mm, maximum printing area 500x700mm.
2. UV dryer and powder machine can be added to the line upon request.
3. It features an automatic register system with 3 sensors to ensure high printing precision for multi color overprint.
4. This machine can also be linked together to work as a multi color screen printing machine.
5. We can use either all the printing stations or only one or two printing stations of the multi color screen printing machine
based on production needs.

6. Main Features
1) Air shafts for unwinding and rewinding of printing materials.
2) Machine with tension control, dust cleaning, static eliminator, protective film peel off, web-guide. Hole punch and laminator
are available for option.
3) Splicer for easy film connection, film pitch feeding and printing head stroke by servo-motors with high precision.
4) Vaccum table, aluminium frame vertical up-down by pneumatic, automatic correct operation reminding when an error occurs.
5) Automatic register system with high precision, automatic stop when film material runs out.
