1.\tCooling capacity is related to the shape,size,water content and physical properties of the foods.
To be work in room with temperature under 18℃ is recommended.
Configure cooling system individually for the IQF;
high and low pressure compressors work together is recommended.
2.\tNominal capacity & cold consumption is based on boiled dumplings size: 20g/piece; dumplings arrangement: 10kg/m2; packed in a plate for freezing.
3.\tLength of inlet & outlet and food passing height are adjustable according to different foods to be frozen.
