Malt milling

A good crush is essential for getting the best mash efficiency and extraction.

Brewhouse

3 vessel brewhouse of electric heating which assures the mashing, lautering and whirlpool of wort.

After brewhouse, the wort needs to be cooled to a certain temperature for go into the fermenter. The cooling system includes a chiller machine, an ice water tank and connected by an ice water pump.

Fermenter

The wort eventually flows into fermenters, where it is fermented for about 12 to 20 days to become the beer.

Yeast adding tank

The yeast should be added to wort for fermenting process.

CIP cleaning system

The most important thing for beer brewing is the pure environment, each time brewing, the tanks used need to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that there is no residue inside. CIP cleaning system can save manpower and improve cleanliness.

Control system

One control cabinet controls the pressure and temperature of all the tanks.
