This line is mainly used for recycle waste plastics into granules, such as PP PE films, aggricuture films, woven bags, cement bags, Jumbo bags and so on. This waste plastic recycling line include plastic crushing & washing system, plastic granulating system, and it can make PP PE granules from waste PP PE material.
The plastic crusher adopt high duty type, which is easy to recycle thick plastics such as cement bags, jumbo bags, aggricuture films. There is water spraying system on the crusher, which will clean the material during the crushing. There screw convey under the crusher to conveying the material into friction washer.
The float washing system could be 10m to 20 meter long. The clients need to build a simple water tank with steel or water pool with cement, and our company will provide necessary part to make it as float washing tank. The float washer is big and it requires big space for transportation and increase the transportation cost. Besides the float washer tank is expensive. If the clients build this water tank or water pool, he will save a lot of cost.
The pelletizing line adopt double stage pelletizing system, and it can apply to wet material after washing. The first extruder has squeezing structure, which can remove the water during extrusion. The pelletzing system adopt noodle cutter type, which is suitable for both PP and PE material.
