Features

Automatic Tin Can Welding Machine for Coating Can mainly used for rounding and welding blanks to round 3-PC canbodies, CPM up to 30Cans/min. Also have  automatic roll forming function and feed-in function, definitely it is heart of a three-piece can production line. This is where the body blanks receive their cylindrical shape and where the seam overlap is welded. It is based firmly on the our company's experience with its other machines. Frequency of welding power is adjustable continuously in the range 80-260Hz ensuring to obtain the best welding point distance within the welding speed allowed by machines. And the welding material thickness is adjustable according to change welding voltage on the front Control panel of Canbody Welding Machine. There are three high precision (Class 1.5) analog panel meters (Amps & Hz & Volts) on the front control panel to monitor machine working status.

CAN DIAMETER RANGE IS WIDE AND EASILY TO ADJUST.
