Introduction of carbonization furnace

The wood log carbonization furnace consists of six inner stoves and one outer stove, also with the hoist , purification tank and so on. It is a new designed machine for changing wood briquette, bamboo, wood log, coconut shell and so on into charcoal. It is selling well for its easy operating, high capacity and good quality etc.

The wood log can be carbonized directly, but if you want high capacity, you should make the logs into regular size first, so the logs can be put into the iron frame neatly and the iron frame can contain larger and larger. And so, you can get large capacity.

Working principle of carbon stove:

When one inner stove have been finished carbonization, we will use the hoisting tools to hoist the inner stove out of the outer stove, then put down the inner stove on earth for natural cooling, at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove for the second carbonization, which will save a lot of time, so the productivity increase a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.
