Brief introduction of furnace to produce rice husk ash charcoal

Furnace to produce rice husk ash charcoal used for deal with small size raw material, such as, sawdust, rice husk, wood chips, jute stick, coconut shell which after crushing, this is new technology and environment friendly charcoal processing machine with control cabinet.

 

Working process of furnace to produce rice husk ash charcoal

1.If with the gasifier, first some raw material: such as sawdust, rice husk, and etc, about 100-200kg/time, burning material in gasifier, producing combustible gas, the put material to carbonization furnace.

2.If without gasifier, we suggest use natural gas, liquefied gas to burning and heating

carbonizatino furnace, it’s more clean and environmental protection than use gasifier, heating the furnace about 40minutes to 1 hour, the working temperature is increasing.

3.For different raw material, we suggest different temperature to put raw material. For low density materials, such as sawdust, rice husk and jute stick, put material to carbonization furnace when temperature reach 300℃, but highest carbonization temperature can’t higher then 400-450℃. For high density material, such as coconut shell, palm kernel shell, when temperature reach 380-400℃ put material into carbonization furnace, carbonizing temperature is 450-500℃,

Highest carbonizing temperature can’t higher then 600℃.

4.Carbonizing time about is 20-30 minutes, we match two pcs screw conveyor for carbonization

Furnace’s top and end to conveying material to carbonization furnace.

 

Raw material and final product for furnace to produce rice husk ash charcoal

Raw material size as: sawdust, rice husk, just stick, coconut shell, palm kernel shell and etc;

Input raw material size need less then 5cm, humility need less then 10%, if material humility higher 10%, it need first before carbonizing;

For low density material, such as rice husk, sawdust, jute stick, about 3.1-3.2 tons raw material

could get 1tons charcoal, for high density raw material, such as coconuts shell, palm kernal shell, about 2.6-2.7tons material could get 1 ton charcoal.

 

 

 

For different material, this furnace to produce rice husk ash charcoal has different capacity

Low density raw material: rice husk, sawdust, jute stick, and etc.

High density raw material: coconuts shell, hard wood powder, palm kernal shell and et.

Low density	300-500kg/h	500-800kg/h	1000-1200kg/h	1200-1500kg/h
High density	600-800kg/h	800-1200kg/h	1200-1500kg/h	1500-2000kg/h

For example: carbonization furnace body diameter 1m, length 8m, it could deal with low density 

material about 300-500kg/h, deal with high density material 600-800kg/h.

 

 

Other technical parameter for furnace to produce rice husk ash charcoal

1.Output raw material temperature 50℃.

2.Main carbonization furnace max temperature 800℃.

3.Heating furnace max temperature could reach 1200℃.

4.Carbonization furnace rotate speed is 3r/minute, it’s adjustable.

5.Carbonizing temperature is 20-30 minutes, from input raw material to out put charcoal.
