Ice cream production tanks
Material: SS304/SS316.
Cooling type: chiller/cold water.
Heating type: electric heating/steam heating/hot water heating.
Including: ice cream homogenizer mixing tank, pasteurizer, heating&cooling tank, aging tank, storage tank.
Ice cream mixing tank
Type 1: mixing&emulsifying tank(agitator+mulser/emulsifying head)
The main homogenizing mixer is composed of a vertical type inline high shear mixer mounted from the bottom of the manufacturing vessel, wall scraper and two fixed propellers with holes. The bottom homogenizer consists of one three-layer toothed rotor and one two-layer toothed stator. An external circulation pipe comes along the tangent of rotor and connects to the top edge of the tank body.

Mixing Type(Customizable)
Type1: scrape type
Mixing speed: 20-40rpm. This series agitator used for mixing high viscosity medium. Such as: chocolate, honey, mayonnaise etc.
Type2: paddle type
Mixing speed: 60-80rpm. This series agitator used for mixing low viscosity and concentration medium, Such as: milk, beer, juice etc.
Type3: frame type
Mixing speed: 10-70rpm. This series agitator used for high viscosity medium. Such as sediment, oral liquid, etc.
Type4: emulsifying type
Mixing speed: 1200-2800rpm. This series agitator used for high viscosity medium homogenizing emulsification. Such as: oil, fat etc
