Each water feature has a one year limited warranty on electrical parts. The re-circulating pump and electrical systems can be guaranteed one –year , acrylic panel and metallic base can be guaranteed three years except man-made sabotage.

Program the Patterns and LED light changing. Program storage in SD card, SD card will be input to controller.

We created software for it. The soft ware interface is easy programmed for any people can use it and understand it easily. 

Q4:How to input and drain water ?

 A:We configure a red pump (inflator) with long pipe before packing.

 Pull and press to drain and input water

A bucket or a tank or any reservoirs need be prepared.

 Very easy to be used and be convenient.

Q5:What kind of water fit for water feature?

A:Distilled water and pure water are recommended to prevent the calcium deposits and algae producing in the acrylic panel.

water from taps is also okay, but it will cause bacterium, algae and calcium deposits

Q6:How often to change the water?

A:If distilled water, every six months even every one year.
