Skid-mounted Movable Gas Dehydration Unit with Frame Structure

Working Principle:
Our dehydration unit uses two-tower alternately adsorption working mode. When A tower is adsorbing, B tower automatically proceeds regeneration and adsorption, cool blowing etc.; when A tower's adsorption is finished, it will automatically switch to B tower which has been sufficiently adsorbed, and then this process continues to convey the dry gas.
Dehydration process: The wet gas flows from bottom to top, the desiccant bed will adsorb moisture from bottom to top, and the dry gas will be conveyed outwards after filtration.
Regeneration process: The pressure booster unit is opened, the regeneration gas will heat to 200ºC by heater and then flows into dehydration tower. By the dry air thermal diffusion effect, the gas's adsorbed moisture will thoroughly be removed.
Cooling process: When the regeneration process is finished, the heater will be closed. And the gas pressure unit will blow the atmosphere gas to the cooling tower to cool the gas, and then it will pass through cooler, gas liquid separator for cooling and dehydration, then it goes into the gas pressure booster unit for pressurization and circulation, and this process continues until the temperature of the desiccant bed decreases to the room temperature.
