We are professional at total 6 models of knife blade pleating machine. They are ZJ-217, ZJ-316D, ZJ-416, ZJ-516, ZJ-616, ZJ-816.

ZJ-217 ribbon pleating machine

It produces fantasy pleats with 3 kinds of blades, straight blade, wavy blade and bamboo leaf blade as below picture.

It is applicable for vertical pleat, but input fabric must be in piece. Its feature is pleating sunray fabric. Size of pleat at two sides is different.

Pleat shape can be as many as over 70 types by the reason of blade shape is customized according to designer thinking.

Besides, pleat pattern from each blade consist of a combination pattern. Alternatively, one piece of fabric is pleated twice or by other model of plisse machine respectively. Pleat pattern will be amazing.

ZJ-516 ribbon pleating machine

Unlike model ZJ-217, this machine pleat pattern is single and purely vertical. It is fixed with kind of blade too. Pleat size is different but synchronously being produced. Size at the tail is bigger than that at the head.
