Huatai 1-90 ton Palm Oil Pressing Machine Line
Palm oil extraction is divided into 4 parts: raw material pre-treatment → oil press equipment→ oil refining equipment(deodorization full refining / fraction) → storage and canning
Production line of palm oil
* Palm trees are found in tropical regions, especially West Africa, and are characterized by high yield and low cost.
* It is worth noting that the palm fruit intelligent press independently developed by our company has broken the worldwide monopoly
of palm fruit oil press in Malaysia.
* At present, the service life of foreign palm fruit oil press screw is about 3 months, and the service life of our palm fruit oil press screw is 9 months, compared with foreign imported oil press increased by more than 1.5 times.
* Our advantage is that the equipment processing capacity, low cost, easy to operate, easy to disassemble and maintenance.
* The processing capacity: 2 T/H, 3 T/H, 5 T/H, 10 T/H, 15 T/H, 30 T/H, etc.

Main equipment:
1). Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-typr extractor.
2). Rotocel extractor: spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent (form
miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
3). DTDC toaster: used to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
4). Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella ( oil with solvent) into the miscella 1st, then add 10% saline water to it. The
phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal
of purifying.
5). Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for
recycling.
7). Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.

Manufacturing Technique
Palm oil mill process:
The raw materials are transported to sterilizer for sterilization.The sterilized fruit bundles enter the fruit thresher to take out the fruit grains.The fruit grains enter the pressing station for digesting and pressing.The pressing liquid is transported to the storage tank for temporary storage after the oil clarification section,and the palm kernel is obtained from the pressed cake after fiber separation and kernel recovery.
