Oil presser Description
YGZJ Horizontal Dryer (Horizontal Tempering Machine) is a patented product of our company, which is suitable for 100~3000 tons/day oil pressing plant and oil extraction plant, and is mainly used for softening and drying vegetable oilseeds, and it can improve the plasticity of raw materials, so as to make flake rolled out by flaker be thin but not crushed, and thus to improve the effect of cooking, pressing, and extraction.
The raw material is conveyed into the drum through the feeding winch, because the drum with inclined angle is equipped with heating column, and the column is passed with steam, so the material is heated and softened at the same time when it is turning and advancing along with the drum.
Machine Production capacity: 1500T / D ~ 3000T / D.
Equipment Advantage
1、With unique structural design, it can be used for cooking of rapeseed Flake instead of layer-type cooker, and it can also be used for softening and drying of vegetable oilseeds, and it can dry the raw material while softening the raw material with high water content, and the de-watering rate can be up to 2%-5% (depending on the characteristics of the raw material).
2、The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a coping board, when the drum rotates, the raw material can be copied up and scattered, the raw material is turned more evenly without dead ends, high heat transfer efficiency, low steam consumption, material softening, cooking evenly and thoroughly.
3、Under the same output, YGZJ type horizontal dryer is only about 10% to 30% of the power of vertical stack cooker, the installed capacity and power consumption is greatly reduced.
4、Adopting frequency conversion control technology, according to the different material varieties and properties, the tempering time of the material can be adjusted within a wide range.
5、The equipment covers a small area and is easy to be arranged in the workshop. The investment amount of the equipment and the later maintenance cost is low, especially the large tonnage of oil processing plant using the equipment is more significant.
