PP melt blown filter cartridge

PPF consists of PP material and the machining process including hot melting,spining,traction and reception technology,which make pp fiber to be the three dimensional labyrinth microporous constructure. And this constructure has more surface area and higher porosity and smaller pore size, so there are many advantages: high precision,high flow rate,small differential pressure,higher pressure resistance ability and corrosion resistance,small volume and high capacity of reject pollutant.Because of the changeable fiber size and direction of cartridge diameter, this cartridge has the multilayer gradient constructure(dense inside,loose outside).

Features:

· long service life and the reject capacity of pollutant is four times better than surface filtration products.

·  PP material and better capacity of chemical resistance

·  widely selectivity (1-70µm)

Construction:

 

After improve the design of cartridge,liquid with particles can be rejected in each layer and the PP material medium & distribution web constitute a multilayer and roll-to-roll constructure. The diversion pore of the medium help the liquid diversion  between layers.
