1. Our History

Changzhou HuaEn garment machinery factory was founded in 2010 covering 2000m2 including workshop and office. We have been dedicated only for fabric & leather & textile pleating machine for 15 years. The factory is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province that is 1 hour away from Shanghai by train.
Nearly 10 years in experiencing manufacturing this pleating machine enables us to handle over 70 kinds of pleat patterns without any technical awkward jam.
With great efforts in all those years, HuaEn has entered a new development phase. Upholding the concept of “devoted to create values for users”, we have established good reputation and company image with strong belief and persistence.

2. Our products

Our “ZJ” series pleating machine is prevalent in garment materials processing. It is applicable for making various types of pleating pattern, such as side pleat with box pleats, bamboo pleats, wavy pleats, harlequin pleats, space pleats, flat knife pleats, Kingussie pleats, combined pleats, etc. which regularly consists of specific of 2 or 3 kinds of pleat patterns. Since it is pleated by machinery, pleats are regular, strong stereo effect nevertheless the least expensive.

We totally have model ZJ-217, ZJ-316D, ZJ-416, ZJ-516, ZJ-816, HE-202, HE-217-T fabric pleating machine.
ZJ-217 is the most functional machine and possible to equipped with computer and pneumatic system, and it is fixed with the most knife types.
To produce bamboo leaf pattern, box pleat pattern, side pleat pattern, wave pleat pattern individually, users just need change knife to achieve it.
ZJ-416 pleats single vertical pattern, which is called by toothpick pleat. It is fixed with only steel belt and steel comb.
ZJ-516 pleats accordion but is merely applicable for sun-ray fabric piece / panel.
HE-202 is the pinch pleating machine. 3 pinching moulds are included

HE-217-T is the jacquard machine which runs with 100 pcs of cylinders.
ZJ-816 isn't so prevalent like the above models, it is kind of shrinking pleating. Its feature is Roller type decides pleat pattern. Please vide our product ZJ-816 machine separately.

 

3. ZJ-217 (D) pleating machine 

ZJ-217D is equipped with a screen to control by computer. It doesn’t have 3 gears but pneumatic system.
ZJ-217 is without screen. When knife works, it must be according gear coordinates.

The both two models are the most patterns of pleat through changing 3 kinds of blades and using different 3 gears.

4. Pleat patterns

It is possible to make 3 kinds of general pleat patterns (straight pleat pattern, wavy pattern and bamboo leaf pattern). And, the three general pleat patterns size is regulated to produce over 70 kinds of patterns.
