Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory and have more than 20 years manufacture and sales experience.
Q2:Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Ditang Industrial zone, Yuyao , Ningbo. Nearby Ningbo port, the second largest port in China,
convenient transportation and low cost, and close to Shanghai, convenient for customers to visit our factory.
Q3: How can I get some samples?
A:We are honored to offer samples to you when the prices are confirmed. Samples are free, however, the freight cost should be collected by customer. If sample quantity is more than our regular one, we will extra collect sample cost.
Q4: What is your payment term?
A: 30% TT in advance, the balance payment 70% before shipment
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A: It will take about 40 days to finish an order after the GB/IM artwork are available. But the exact time is according to actual situation. We will release the time line(KPD) for the order/project.
Q6:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Our company is equipped with complete automatic processing lines, skilled workers and well expertized QC technicians along with advanced test apparatuses and carries out a strict internal management.
