Product Description
The thermal efficiency of WDR electric boiler reaches as high as 99%, and there is no NOX released to the air. WDR series boiler is horizontal structure, offer sufficient steam/hot water output. The electrical control cabinet is separate from boiler body, which will not affect the boiler’s working life because of the aging of the electrical elements. The electrical heated tube can be used for about 20000 hours.
Features
1.All the electrical elements have the CE and CCC certification to make sure the boiler safety and long live.
2.Special design of internal structure, large heating area, high thermal efficiency (99%).
3.Seamless steel tube is used as the linner of the ceramic heating tube, high compression strength, 5~10 times using life longer than others.
4.The boiler uses SIMENS PLC electric control cabinet, displays in English. It shows boiler operation condition dynamically, and operator can set up parameters about temperature, pressure, time, etc.
5.Sitong Boiler has got CE certificate of YY(Q)W series thermal oil boiler, also, we can offer SGS, BV inspection.
6.Stainless steel shell is available, and we can design the specific boiler based on customers’ requirement.

1.The lifetime of cartridge heaters/ electrical heated tube.
The electrical heated tube have the CE and CCC certification to guarantee the long working time, it can be used for about 20000 hours.
2.Automatic operation device
Sitong electric heating boiler employs full automatic intelligent control technology, and adopts PLC control system to make the operation more simple and safe.
The boiler controller uses SIEMENS/ DELIXI electrical components. Operator can control water level, water temperature, fire situation and working pressure, etc. Moreover, the operation parameters could be set, and they are shown on the screen.
3.Thickness of insulation heat preservation materials
The thickness of insulation heat preservation materials is different based on the requirement of internal temperature, external temperature, or heat loss requirement. Generally, the thickness of the insulation heat preservation materials are between 100~200mm.
4.What about the maintenance?
I will offer you the timely maintenance way sheet after installation of the boiler mainly parts.
