Advanced PLC control touch screen Bottle producing unit
This Series Bottle producing unit can produce all kinds of PET plastic bottles,water bottles,carbonated drink bottles,Hot juice,edible oil and other packing container,output from 60BPH to 90BPH,volume from 20L-25L.
This machine adopting the PLC control with counting function and time-control precision to 0.01second on a very beautiful panel;The infrared heater make sure it can used for different wall thickness preform completely and keep the whole position of preform body soften equally;The cooling system ensure the bottle neck part and inner temperature of heating to keep the bottle roundness perfect.
Specification of the Bottle producing unit
1.Adopting double crank to adjust mould ,heavy locking mould, stable and fast ,Adopt infrared oven to heat the perform ,the perform rotated and heated equally.
2.The air system has been divided into two parts: pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different requirements for the action and blow .It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles.
3.The Bottle producing unit is also equipped with muffler and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical part of the machine.
4.The Bottle producing unit can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-auto mode.
5.The Bottle producing unit is small with low investment, easy and safe to operate .
Features of the Bottle producing unit
This Bottle producing unit is a latest blow molding machine developed by PMG. All the components of this semi automatic blow molding machine are controlled by computer and pneumatic transmission. It is of high precision of time delay, reliable operation, strong resistance against disturbance, easy time setting and long service life. It has a digital automatic temperature adjusting instrument and carries out two operation modes: single action and semi-automation. This Bottle producing unit adopts far infrared heating oven, which fast and equally heats the bottles. Electro thermal lamps are controlled by bicolor LED digital controlled silicon.
1.Adopt special electronic controlling circuit for heating; high efficiency in simultaneous controlling one lamp or more; lower power consumption.
2.Adopt the theory of heat transfer and feedback while designing the shape and thikness of preform.
3.The preform will be heated evenly, not be influenced by outside environment.
4.Cooling system with cold air cycle ensures same heat exposure of internal and external surface of the bottles.
5.The air exhaust system designed by CAD can guarantee the deviation of heating furance temperature +/-1 degree.
6.Air circuit system consists of movement and blowing so as to meet the needs of different air pressure, also to provide stable high pressure for blowing different shapes of big capacity bottles.
7.The system is equipped with silencer, connecting rod and articulated refueling devices.
8.Two modes of operation: semi-automatic mode and automatic mode.
9.Small size, low investment. one person enough to operate, simple and safe.

1. Installation & adjustment
After the equipment are arrived at the customer's site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians' guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.
2. Training
1). We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users'technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
2). The buyer can send staff to our company for learning.
3. Quality assurance
1). We guarantee the goods offered are brand-new, not used, with latest design and suitable material made, and we guarantee the specification of the equipment is consonance with the contract.
2). We guarantee the line achieve product technical performance indicators within 5 days after feeding operation through the correct guidance of the installation and commissioning.
3). We are responsible for the fault and damage of the production line caused by our design, technology, manufacture, installation, adjustment and material defect etc. that all belong to our responsibility.
4). The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer's factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
4. Warranty
Offer 12 months maintenance period to the problem that caused by our design, manufacture and the material quality, and offer the relevant parts and effective service for free for above reason. We will offer a widely and favorable technical support, after service all the time after guarantee period.
