Changzhou HuaEn garment machinery factory was founded in 2010 covering 2000m2 including workshop and office. We have been dedicated only for fabric & leather & textile pleating machine for 15 years. The factory is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province that is 1 hour away from Shanghai by train.

 

We possess 30 staff totally. 6 of them are technicians, quality inspectors, engineer for after-sale service.

 

1. Computer controlled pleating machine profile

Computer controlled pleating machine, as its name implies, the pleating machine makes pleat with computer control.

It isn’t full computer controlled.

We have got three 4 models of pleating machine computer controlled. They are model ZJ-217, ZJ-516, ZJ-616, ZJ-316D.

ZJ-217 pleating machine for side pleat, box pleat (double side), bamboo leaf (fir) pleat, wavy pleat, combined, space pleat, etc.

ZJ-516 pleating machine for sunray vertical pleat with one side small pleat and the other big. Under computer control, it is possible to make sample pleat with ZJ-616. Two sides are same height.
