Exhaust Jackets Marine Exhaust Insulation have three layers, liner is high-SI aluminum cloth, and insulating layer is ceramic or glass fiber, and the protestion layer is ceramic fiber with high temperature resistance paint coat, which is water, oil, acid and alkali proof. The standard thickness is about 25 to 30mm, temperature resistance more than 1200 cent degree. Normal lifetime is 3 years. And the energy saving rate is 25% to 40%.

Types of Exhaust Jackets Marine Exhaust Insulation: 

A) Cold insulation type

B) Low temperature insulation type (below 300℃);

C ) Standard type (300---600℃).

D) High temperature insulation type (above 600 C).

•Density: 110-220Kg/m

•Thickness: 10-150MM

•Moisture absorption rate: <5%
