What is the description of the cranes?
LDA type crane is the most popular crane for workshop. It is designed and manufacturing on the basis of LD type crane which has more reasonable structure and lighter in weight. This crane belongs to light duty crane, can be used with CD1 and MD1 hoist. Lift capacity is from 1 ton to 16 tons, suitable for 7.5m to 28.5m. It works indoor under the temperature -25°C to +40°C, humidity not more than 85% (ambient temp is 25°C). Its working condition is A3-A5.This type crane is commonly used in mechanical production workshops, assembling production line, warehouse and cargo yard, forbid to be used in humidity over 85%,corrosive and explosive places. It cannot be used to handle melting metals and toxic, flammable dangerous materials.Controlling can be ground operation or cabinet operation, the cabinet divided into close one and open one, it can be installed at the left or right side up to different conditions.
Structure Features:
Metal schemes
The main beam is made of U steel rolled by steel plate, and welded with flange beams to form a box design. The end beams are made by the same technique and material as the main beam. In case of heavier load or larger span, the end beams and main beam will be made of welding U shape groove. The main and end beams are connected by intensive bolts for convenient transportation and assembling.
Electric hoist
The LDA model crane of YT adopts CD or MD type hoist. CD type has single speed while MD type has dual speed to satisfy accurate operation.
The travel unit
This crane is driven in two separate ways. The cone shape braking motor or solid rotary motor (with magnetic brake) is the driving part. While the transmission part is “ open-close” gear, and the close gears are LDA or LDH gear box.
Electric devices
The motors are cone-shape cages ZDY, or YSE solid rotary ones. These two types have different electric control system. The hoist and the crane are protected by safety devices, such as lifting limit switch, terminal limit switch, over load limit, wrong phase and over current protection etc.
