1.Brief introduction of continuous carbonization furnace/carbonization kiln

Raw materials : wood sawdust, rice husk, peanut husk, straw, tree bark, etc ( raw materials size <15mm )
Charcoal powder’s function:
Industrial circle : explosive , rubber’s additive , metallurgy, chemical engineering, medicine, cosmetic,

2. Work Principle of continuous carbonization furnace/carbonization kiln :
1) main part of the whole set machine : biomass gasifier stove , gas cleaner , fan, burner , carbonization
equipment etc
2) principle : this sets equipment use Dry distillation carbonization method , make full use of the flammable
gas,such as Methane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, which occur during the carbonization . Then through the
gas cleaner to get Wood tar, wood acid to get pure flammable gas , then through the burner to make the gas be
burning to heating the carbonization ( temperature is about 600 ℃ )
3) Four-layer’s pipe : from top to bottom , the 1st & 2rd layer are for pre-heating and drying, ( these 2 layers
with independent vapour exhaust pipe ),3rd layer is for carbonization under low temperature , 4th layer is for
carbonization under high temperature and discharge , 3rd & 4th layer also have independent pipe to collect
flammable gas, which can make the gas be used circulatory
Main motor: speed can be adjusted , 3kw
Fan : frequency control speed , 3kw
Temperature of carbonization : 500-700℃
biomass gasifier stove : 350-500℃

3.Features of continuous carbonization furnace/carbonization kiln

1.The combustible gas made by self generated flue gas can be used recycling, gasifier slag can be used as charcoal powder, direct sales, to achieve the effect of energy saving; 

2.The whole process without flue gas emissions, meet the national environmental protection requirements; 
3.Carbonizing out the maximum yield of charcoal in the shortest time, each furnace carbonization time only need 4-6 hours; 
4.1-2 people can operate the whole production line, each furnace volume 13 cubic meters, high production and efficiency; 
5.By-products:wood tar refining diesel oil, wood vinegar liquid can be used as pesticide, will waste to exploit to the greatest extent, no waste.

6. The finished charcoal powder can reach 600Kg/h.

8.Environmental protection,burn the furnace smoke itself,so no smoke go out.

4. Why it is no pollution ?
Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.(can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again.

5. How many containers will it load?

One 40 feet container and one 20 feet container.
