Instruction
These screw oil pressers, after more than ten year's investment and modification, are concise in structure, easy to operate, and similar in performace to the advanced oil nuts, beans, sesame seeds, cotton seeds, and many other oilseeds crops.
This oil press machine is composed of feeder, gearbos, pressing cage, screw shaft and machine stand etc.
This kind of screw oil presses utilizes the screw shaft which is set-up with different styles of screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber. Then the oil is separated out through the extrusion of pressing worm and pressing ring. This oil press machine is in accordance with the standard JB/T9793.1-1999 for screw oil press for farm use
