This machine is used to wash the fresh red chilli, take out the sand and dust, also other impurity mixed in the red chilli. The machine is fully autoamtic, we can add the belt conveyor to feed the red chilli into washing machine, material is soaked under the water and go through air bubbles, then clean chilli will come out from another side.

We have two types of red chilli drying machine, first is the chain type drying machine, it's suitable for automatic chilli processing line. Second type is the drying stove and rotary dying machine, they are good choice for small processing factory.

Step 3: red chilli stem cutting machine

 

This machine is specially designed for cutting the stems of small chilli, red pepper, fresh and dry red chilli, etc. It will cut the stems, and not break the chilli.
