We are a Chinese  manufactuer that designs and manufacutes machines for the production f ccorrugated cardboard box with reasonable cost,build in 1998.Located at DongGuang County,Hebei Province, which is near to beijing airport and tianjin airport.

FPS-S6R MODEL

S6R-Model automatic flexo print slot die cut machine is used for corrugated carton making,it is roller to roller transfer,top print type, CAD model combination,pneumatic docking of the units,motorized movement on rails,lubrication with glass level indicator on the left frame side. 1-5 colors print based on customer needed,customer can choose slot untir or die cut unit based on his carton shape. Order memory function is avaiable ,digitalized adjustment on PLC touch screen,it is easier operating and save operators.

6 shafts structure -pre-creasing,creasing and slotting, upper and lower slot boss and creasing wheel are coupled to keep them aligned when moving synchronously which is higher precision and longer service time.

Carton height ,length and width is digitally controlled by motor and PLC.
