 Q1:How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A:Human hair has natural protein.It is easy to tell by burning and smell : When burning,human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching,and will smell foul, show white smoke.While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends.It is normal and not a quality problem.

Q2: Can I Iron the hair? 
A:For our synthetic hair ponytails are made of high quality heat resistant fiber hair, so, you can Iron and dry it. But,please don’t exceed150℃ and don’ do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily getting dry and tangled.

Q3: Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A:Different monitor have different displays.The same color number may have a little color difference.

Q4: Why my hair extensions getting tangled? 
A:It could be caused by dryness, oil&dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) your hair daily. Washing & condition your hair around once or twice a week is suggested. You could go for consulting with your stylist.

Q5: What type of hair care products should I use?
A:Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products or use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your human hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

Q6: Is there any Customs tax?
A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

Q7. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.

Q8:If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?
A:Stock items will be shipped 1~2days after payment received.Bulk order will take about 7~12days for

production.
