1. How I can install the machine and How I can operation the machine?
The machine is ease to install, We have the install instruction video, English version manual and it will be shipped together with the machine. Meanwhile we also support the engineer services to your plant. Just tell us what you need from us. We will try our best to fix your problems.
2. What is the machine's guarantee period ?
Guarantee is one year, but maintenance is lifelong. HW mahcine can replace only the elements that are imperfect for material or handwork. Replacement is free and ex-factory. All imperfect elements have to be delivered within 12 months (carriage paid). Guarantee excludes every worn or torn parts. Replacement handwork is excluded and it will be done by the buyer. The supplier is not responsible for any rewards for, damages or last earnings met by buyer. Guarantee is not valid if the machine is used the wrong way or it is not serviced as shown in our technical handbook.
3. How can you guarantee the machine we received in a good condition?
First, we have Q/C department to control the quality from raw material to the finished product. When the machine was finished, we will send you the inspection video or photos. Or you can come to our factory to check it by yourself. As well as we have professional experience for packaging, so you can one hundred precent sure about our quality.
4. Can I get spare parts?
Yes, sure you can. We will enclose some quick wear parts with the machine when you place an order from us.
5.How to order raw material ?
We have many raw material cooperative partners, and we can purchase them for you. Just info us the thickness, number (50kgs/roll). And the raw material will be shipped with machine to you .
6. Is this machine need mould ?
Yes, it is. Moulds need to according to your sample or 3D drawing to making!!
7. How can I get more details about the thermoforming machines? Do you have other models of mahine?
