The main process of working

♥ Welding System: the machine adopts synchronous and PLC control technique. The welding power comes from the air. At the same time, the below welding electrodes are equipped with water cooling welding system to make sure the welding quality and prolong the life.

♥ Mesh pulling system: the machine use servo motor to pull the mesh, in this case the mesh size is adjustable and accurate.

♥ Mesh falling system: automatic falling mesh panel system is adopted, so it save much labor to  move the mesh panels. 

♥ Control system: control cabinet adopt touch screen operate system, you can change welding time and mesh opening size through touch screen.
