Introduction of main equipment

 

1. Board making production line

 

Total length of the production line is 27.8m, width 1.45m, height 0.75m. Belt drive for the whole production line, fully automatic feeding board, oil adding. The main roller diameter is 215mm, 304 stainless steel, fully automatic cutting machine, PLC controlled. Production speed is more than 15m/hr. Products thickness range from 3mm to 40mm, length 2200-4000mm, width 1280mm.

 

2. Board making and mould release lift

Fully automatic single and dual life, 4 pillar hydraulic automatic lift, stainless steel roller conveying device for length 2350mm. Highest weight limit 3000kg, PLC controlled.

 

3. Mould release line 

Automatic mould release and cleaning face/back of the board. Mould release speed is in line with production speed.

 

4. Up/down machine arms

Automatic hydraulic lift, powerful vacuum to catch both the glossy and matt board. Single sucker 5pcs/min, dual sucker 8pcs/min. PLC controlled and can be programmed, server motor.

 

5. Mixer

Dual spindle mixer, 11kw motor, hydraulic turn unloading, 250kg magnesium oxide one shot, 3mins can be ready mixed, unloading time will be no more than 20 seconds.
