KINGREAL Acoustical Ceiling Tile Install Machine is used for install the nonwoven fabrics on the acoustical ceiling panel including 600*600mm aluminum ceiling tile and 300*300mm perforated ceiling tile.

Aluminum ceiling tile textile stick machine is new developed technology which consist of automatic loading, cut, textile stick, flattening. It is fully automatic to ensure the quality and improve the production efficiency. It is widely used and wind good reputation all around the world.
This machine adopts the servo motor to drive to textile which is featured with accurate position; textile feed auto position and adjust; automatic glue feed, balance the glue level, automatic mix and cycle; hot line cut the textile to ensure the accurate; touch screen, easy to operate; full automatically and stable, textile stick flat; high functional brand sensor, long life time.

The basic process of the acoustical ceiling panel textile install machine is manual feeding the ceiling tiles one piece by one piece, when the metal ceiling tiles on the postion, the non-woven textile will be cut and then the glue will be spray on the ceiling tiles. Then the mechanic hand will push to stick the textile on the back of metal ceiling product. Then the sticked metal ceiling tile will be pushed into the converyer to get into the drying position. The drying tunnel is about 15meters, after drying, the ceiling tiles can be packed directly to go to market.

This production line can save labors cost when the market get bigger and bigger. Also it will save time of cool and drying.
