Forming Fabric
Material:Polyester Forming fabric is made from polyester monofilament thread.
Application: Polyester froming fabric is widely used in paper making industry.
Feature:
1. Long service life, wear resistance, the net loss is low.
2. High fatigue resistance, acid, weak alkali resistance.
3. The mesh mark light, forming quality is good.

Hightop is a high and new technology manufacturer specially producing papermaking fabric. We have advanced equipments, exquisite craft, strong technical force, complete test equipments. Our leading products are polyester forming fabric and dryer fabric and etc.
We continuously bring in the world top-level polyester mesh production equipment, and complete set of technical software and testing devices from Finland. All of our products are made of imported raw material in advanced international standard requirements.
Our main machine:
Warping machine: TSB-100 and TSB-200 made by TEXO in Sweden, one complete set of 78.10 and 78.11 made by JAGER in German.
Weaving machine: JP-2000 with 13.5m weaving width and JR-2200 heavy weaving machine made by JUERGENS in German, BK600 with 14m weaving width made by JAGER in German, 5 sets of 8.5m wide TM100, TM200 and one set of 13.5m wide FORMSTAR made by TEXO in Sweden.
Finishing machine: 13.5m wide a.s impingement type finishing machine made by Kvaerner Eureka in Norway and 8.5m wide hot-air through type finishing machine.
Others: Complete set of testing devices.

Quality Control

All our polyester fabrics are for exportation with a quality of our customers’ standard or our minimum standard ASTM E2016-06.
As the rule of our QC department, we inspect our fabrics 100% including raw materials test, process supervision and final inspection. And our products have the traceability. Hightop has passed the ISO9001-2008.
