Cut to length line of steel coil and cross cutting machine is a complete line to cut the steel sheets from the steel coils. With the PLC , it can cut various size you need. 
It can cut cold rolled steel, Galvanized steel, Stainless steel, Hot rolled steel , etc.
It is a heavy and strong production line for narrow but thick material which is used to cut thick steel coils. It is composed of the entry coil car, decoiler, press and pinch and pre-leveling device, straightening machine, cutter, Pneumatic stacker.

Straightening machine
1. Straightening machine or leveling machine is the important parts . It will influence the flatness of the final sheets.
 
2. It is designed with 11 pieces leveling roller and 2 groups of back-up roller design to ensure the leveling quality  

3. The upper rollers can be lift up and down by motor as per different thickness 


Pneumatic stacker
1. It is designed with the on-ground stacker design which can receive the long sheets, like 12m length or 16m length. We can customized the length as per customer's specific requirements. 

2. On both sides, it is equipped with the pneumatic piling device which can pile the sheets in good order, so that can make it convenient to  packing the sheets in bundles.



Cutter
1.  Cutter is designed with the mechanical design which is strong enough to cut the thick material.

2. As per different customer's specific requirements, we can design the specific thickness and width cutter.

3. Cooperate with encoder to do the fix length cutting possible.
