*Electric hoist type single girder overhead crane -LD model motor driven single beam crane:

 

 

 

1. LD model single girder overhead crane(single girder bridge crane)  has one main beam only.  

 

2. This overhead crane (bridge crane) is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole, the main beam and end carriage are made by U-section steel plate.  

 

3. This overhead crane(bridge crane) is used together with CD1/MD1 model or HC/HM model wire rope electric hoist as a complete set.

  

4. This overhead crane is medium duty class overhead crane, the capacity from 1ton to 20 tons. The span from 7.5m to 31.5m, the working grade is A3-A4. Working temperature within -25 to +42 centigrade.

5. This overhead crane(bridge crane) is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipmenmt in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.

*Single girder suspension overhead crane:

 

 

 

1. LX model single girder suspension crane(single beam EOT crane) is traveling under I-section or H-section steel beam;

 

2. This type overhead crane use CD1,MD1 electric hoist for hoisting equipment;

 

3. This overhead crane is a light duty track traveling crane with trajectory which applies to and used at machinery, assembling sites and warehouses;

 

4. This overhead crane adopts ground contralling and works at a temperature of -25--+42 centigrade.

  

5. This suspension crane(overhead crane) is prohibited to use the equipment at combustible, explosive or corrosive environment.

  

6. The crane's capacity: 0.5T, 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T, 10T.

  

7. The crane's span: from 3m to 16m, or special design.

 

8. The lifting height from 6m to 18m, or special design.

 

 

 

*Electric hoist type double girder overhed crane - LH model double beam EOT crane:

 

1.  LH model double girder overhead crane(double beam EOT crane) is traveling on fixed support, The frame adopts box-type welding mechanism, and it used together with CD1/MD1 or HC/HM model electric hoist as a complete set;

 

2. This overhead crane is an mid-duty class crane, the capacity from 5 tons to 50 tons. The span is 7.5m~31.5m. working grade is A3~A4. Working temperature is -25 to +42 centigrade.

 

4. This overhead crane(bridge crane) is widely used in plants, warehouses, material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipmenmt in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment.

 

5. The control modes are cabin control, pendant pushbuttons control or remote control for choice.

2. This overhead crane(bridge crane, EOT crane) is composed of bridge, travelling mechanisms, trolley, electric equipment. The bridge frame adopts box welded structure, the crane travelling mechanism adopts separate drive withe motor and speed reducer. All mechanism are controlled in driver's cabin. Power supply adopts cable festoon and sliding wire, select one when ordering.

 
3. There are some sample capacty of this overhead crane as follows: 5T, 10T, 16/3.2T, 20/5T, 32/5T, 50/10T, 75/20T, 100/20T, 100/30T, 125/30T, 150/30T, 160/32T, 200/50T, 400/80T, 550/250T.

  

 

 

 

*Explosion-proof overhead crane-QB mode double beam bridge crane:

 

1.     QB model Explosion-proof function double beam overhead crane is used in environment that is mixed with inflammable gas, the design of all motors and electrical equipments satisfy the rule of GB3836.2-2000, the whole crane satisfy the rule of JB/T5897-2006. The EX-proof grade are ExdllBT4 and ExdtllCT4. 

 

2.    The all motors and electrical control boxes of this overhead crane have Explosion-proof function, when you start and using this overhead crane, it does not produce electric spark in working environment.

3.     This overhead crane is applicable to workshop where the Explosion conduction is lower than IIB or IIC, the burning point of inflammable gas is higher than T4.

 

4.     The capacity of this overhead crane from 5ton to 50ton.
