Product Description
Application
This machine is suitable for draining the surface water of cut vegetables,fruits,broken bits,sawdust,seame,rice and other small granules.It’s a necessary machine before fruit and vegetables drying,freeze drying and juicing.It meets the requirement of fully automatic of above processing line.

Working principle
There are no anti-explosion structures on the machine, so users are prohibited to separate inflammable and explosive materials if there are no extra requirements. Users have to take on the responsibilities if they separate the inflammable and explosive materials with the assistance of anti-explosion electrical motors. In such a case, users are suggested to follow the steps as below:
1.Ventilation in the field should be strengthened to dilute the density of the inflammable and explosive gas.
2.The antistatic triangle belt should be used in transmission.
3.Metal shovels are prohibited to use in discharging.
4.Frequent checks for abrasion of fraction wafer between the clutch and braking apparatus are necessary. If abrasion between rivets and metal is found, the fraction wafer should be replaced promptly.
NOTE:User prepares 0.6cbm air compressor and 1cbm gas holder self.
