Refrigerator door foaming line

This foaming line is special for refrigerator's door foaming and also capable for cyclopentane. The whole equipment is consisted by follows parts: 22 sets of fixtures that there are 4 workstations special for workers manipulating, opening and closing, feeding and unloading work piece, this function is realized by electrical motor and pneumatic cylinder with connecting bar or cam, and before foaming from one workstation to another workstation, the mould in fixtures will move down to close. The equipment's whole driving depending on side motor to realize up and down moving of fixtures circling.
