PVC Solid door board making machine is developed on the basis of our advanced foreign mature technology. It is mainly composed of twin-screw plastic extruder, etc.

The screw, barrel and mold are independently optimized by our company and produced by domestic famous factories. The machine has the advantages of uniform plasticization, good continuity, stable extrusion, high output and long service life. The crust foaming board is foamed by the Celuka structural-foam process technology. Compared with the free foaming, the surface layer is not only flat and smooth, but has a large skin hardness and rigidity, and the mechanical properties are significantly larger than the free foam. The application of such foam board is very wide.
