High Temperature Corrosion Resistance Heat Pump for Aluminum Anodizing Line
Product Description
The perfect application of antiseptic heat pump in aluminum profile anodizing process is suitable for electrophoresis production line, electroplating production line and anodizing processing line.
The cold side temperature can be controlled from 18 degrees to 22 degrees for the anodizing tank cooling process;
The hot side temperature up to 90 degrees, used for acid etching, alkaline etching, pure water, sealing and other heating process;
A dual-purpose machine can replace a boiler and a corrosion-resistant direct-cooling chiller;
Waste heat utilization, energy saving and environmental protection, do not have to worry about heat sources;
The operating cost is equivalent to 0.6 yuan per cubic meter of natural gas.
Advantages
1. Using the heat pump principle, the energy efficiency ratio is high, and energy-saving operation is an alternative to traditional boilers.
2. Water and electricity is not in direct contact, no danger of leakage, low noise, and stable operation.
3. Intelligent control of temperature can be set according to need, without special personnel on duty during operation.
4. Evaporator and condenser adopt corrosion resistance design to directly heat or cool the bath solution without using plate heat exchange.
5. Energy-saving operation is more than 59.8% energy-saving than natural gas boilers.
6. Use KINGFIT II mixed refrigerant, the maximum temperature on the hot side can reach 90 degrees, the temperature on the cold side can be controlled between 15 degrees and 35 degrees, and the cooling capacity can be used for other acid solution tanks.
