Company Profile




PizzaMi was born in Parma in the heart of the so-called ITALIAN Food Valley region from the experience of 4 entrepreneurs in catering and a chef who created the ideal dough for optimal gluten-free bakery products (frozen pizza crusts, focaccia, bread, pinsa style crusts, pizza). The products are the result of years of research and experimentation in order to offer a qualitative diversification in the gluten-free market and in order to offer a real Italian Pizza and bread. All our products undergo a long natural leavening that makes them more digestible. Our dough recipe are VEGAN and without any gums (such as xanthan and guar) and we use really low content of yeast. We can commit for Kosher production as well.


R&D and PRODUCTION SITE
Our company is new and modern with a state-of-the art production facility conceived for production of gluten free bakery products. Our patented equipment grants the rolling out of the pizza as if it was done by the hands of the pizza-maker and the results is an artisanal aspects of our pizzas. Our R&D is always working on developing new recipe and new solutions. From 2019 we have created new allergen-free pizza crusts recipes that are healthy and functional such as cauliflower low carbs crusts, grain free crusts, keto friendly crusts, different tastes of plant-based crusts such as beetroot, pumpkin, zucchini, broccoli.

PRIVATE LABEL
We can offer our experience and recipes in order to create your customized gluten free product. You can select packaging, size and weight among our proposals. For Pizza you can select among the different kind of gluten free crusts, your preferred topping (we provide VEGAN topping as well).
We can provide special packaging for retail such as a unique eco-friendly plastic-free pack that is ovenable and it will avoid any cross contamination with gluten.
We can produce the different products with Organic ingredients as well.

Our top seller for foodservice is our vegan and allergen free pizza crust that is frozen (we have it chilled as well with 60 days shelf life. Distributors who chose to use a premium gluten free pizza crust made by Pizzami have seen their turnover (of gluten free products) increased of 40%. Our pizza crusts are like the real Italian Pizzas with gluten (it undergoes a long natural leavening and it contains a special ingredient that is Mediterranean Sea water that helps dough to become more digestible).
We can propose single portion 70 gr bread or focaccina in an ovenable plastic flowpack that can be used in microwave or oven.
