LARGE LOAD CAPACITY
The cargo tricycle can transport passengers comfortably and agilely within cities.
ELECTRICAL ASSISTANCE
The Cargo Trike is equipped with an assist motor, the pedal assist, also known as a pedelec, provides power only while pedaling. If you are used to riding a traditional bike, the pedal assist system provides a more intuitive feel than the throttle mode.
The pedaling assistance is also very good as it allows you to focus only on pedaling and not on having to keep the accelerator in a certain position. When we are driving at full speed, on a long straight for example, selecting the highest level of assistance and moving the pedals in a testimonial way, simply so that the pedal assistance sensor detects our pedaling, we will circulate at maximum speed without effort, on the other hand, the accelerators are tired after being operated for a long time.
Because you have to pedal, even gently, the pedaling assistance mode gives us greater autonomy than the accelerator mode.
Many bikes with pedal assistance have different levels of assistance. For example: low, medium or high. In the 500w models we recommend mounting displays with 5 settings for pedaling assistance since having more maximum speed three levels seem short to manage the power, but to continue with this example, we will only refer to the low, medium and high level. .
DRUMS
Some tips to extend the battery life of your electric bike and make it work optimally:
Do a full charge and discharge cycle every 1 to 2 months.
Whether you use your electric bike a lot or not, don't be lazy. This will help you keep the battery calibrated.
Don't let the battery drain completely.
Except when you are doing the charge and discharge cycle, try not to drop below 30% charge.
Unplug it when it reaches 100%
There is no point in continuing to charge when the battery is fully charged, overcharging is against the performance of the batteries.
Do not expose the battery to high temperatures
Proper protection of the bicycle from direct sunlight when parked will extend the life of your battery.
Leave it above half charge if you are going to have it stopped for a while
Many manufacturers advise that you leave the battery of your electric bike above 50% charge if you are going to stop using it for a while. Ideally 60%.
Use the right charger for your battery
Better to use the original or, at least, make it from the same brand as the battery. If the charger is not the most suitable you could inadvertently damage it and remove cycles.
