The award-winning dessert, in the two Christmas and Easter versions, born from a reinterpretation of the traditional panettone, combines preparation and cooking techniques together with the unsurpassed flavor given by the 200 gr of cocoa cream which makes up the filling, from the "Fino de Aroma" Colombian dark chocolate glaze flavored with hazelnut which together with the grain make up the decoration. Other ingredients include high-quality fresh butter and free-range chicken eggs.
