1. Q: How much is the freight cost?

A: It depends on the quantity, weight, carton size, and area.

Q: What's the warranty time?

A: 1 year.（the phone cases  not warranty）

Q: Before ordering, can we only order samples for testing to check the quality?

A: Of course you can. You can order one or several fixed samples to check the quality. but you will need to bear the shipping cost yourself. You can refund sample fees in your next bulk order if the product meets the conditions.

Q: What is MOQ?

A: The MOQ depends on the product. Different products have different MOQs. You can ask customer service anytime and we will reply as soon as possible.

Q: Can I customize the packing and logo?

A: Yes, you can,  we can customize products, labels, and packaging according to your requirements.

Q: What is the delivery time for a regular order?

A: 1-10 days. If the quantity is enormous, delivery time will be settled accordingly.

Q: How should I place an order?

A. We have a professional sales team, send us your requirements like model, colors, quantity, logo, and package design, and when all details are confirmed, we will send you a contract, once the contract is confirmed, you will get a trade insurance order link to proceed payment. After receiving payment, we will start production. You will be updated about the production until it is finished.
