Q1: Are you factory or trade company?
A: We are the factory more then 10 years experience in the Music Instruments Industry. OEM and ODM is welcome for all of items.
Q2: Can I have a sample to check quality before bulk order?
A: Yes, of course! We can support sample for quality testing. Moreover, sample cost can be returned after bulk order.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A: 1 day for stock sample, 20~30 days for bulk order, 30~45 days for OEM or ODM service.
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: By UPS, FEDEX, DHL or by SEA. Shipping day: about 7days for express shipment, about 1 months for sea shipment.
Q5: How to proceed an order?
