Performance
The contacts are specially processed to make the silver facing hard and wear resistant. The steel or cupro-nickel base makes it easier for soldering of these contacts on different types of contact carrier.

 

 

Features
The button contacts are provided with welding projection for easier welding which enables welding even on a thin base support.

Silver contacts are available in various sizes, as per the requirement. Most common sizes are 0.8 mm and 10 mm diamete

 

 

Contact layer is normally half the thickness of the head. To suit specific requirements, variation on this ratio is possible within practical limits.
Contact layer can be made of silver alloys like AgCu3%, AgCu8%, AgNi10% AgCd10% AgCdO 10% Variation of this alloys can also be offered.
Contacts can be silver plated if required.

How much time do we need for the development of tools and moulding for new products ?
 For silver contacts we normally need 2 weeks to manufacture samples for our customers . For other stamping parts , we normally need 2 months to develop the mould and tools for our customers .
 What are the minimum order quantity for our products ?
 We currently do not have MOQ requirements for our products , we welcome small or large quantity orders .
 What is our production lead time for future orders ?
 Our production lead time is 2 weeks for all our parts . However if customers provided us with a forecast previously , we can have shipment ready 2 days after receiving actual purchase order .
