Q1. What are your main products?

A: We mainly produce all kinds of gift boxes, corrugated boxes, sticky notes and envelopes, promotional paper bags, paper cards, carton boxes, white packaging boxes, catalogs & magazines, brochures, children's books, adhesive labels, and related paper.

Q2. Are you a manufacturer?

A:  Yes, we have been in the printing&packaging industry since 2002, from the year of 2006, we called "HEXING PRINTING FACTORY", and in 2006, we changed the name called "KAII PRINTING & PACKAGING CO., LTD.", we are a trade and factory together, export our products.

Q3.Could you do a design for us?

A:  Yes, we can only do simple design for you if necessary, but for special design requirements, we can not help as our designer is Chinese, and you are the best and right person to understand what kind of design is good for your market and for your brand.

Q4.What kind of format I should provide you for printing?

A:   Adobe Illustrator, In Design, or PDF, either is the best.

Q5.Can I get a FREE sample?

A:  YES! We can provide the samples with our digital sample machine whose color can match 80% of the actual printing machine, with custom paper and design and cutting.

Q6. How Can I arrange shipment?

A:  1) You can either use your required shipping forwarder or give me the contact so that I can arrange the shipment for you.

2) If you don't have the required shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or seaport so that I can give you the quotation and then I will arrange shipment, you will not have a headache even if you have no experience with it, and our marketing team will give you professional advice in shipping, we can give you air freight cost with delivery time and sea freight cost with delivery time.
